At Mega OTT, we strive to provide the best IPTV service possible. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is warranted. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service is entirely non-functional within the first 24 hours of purchase.
- Accidental duplicate purchases.
- Significant and persistent technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase. Provide your order details and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days.
- Subscriptions that have consumed more than 10% of the service.
- Reseller credits or packages.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
5. Cancellation of Service
Upon issuing a refund, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the associated service. Any unused portion of the subscription will be forfeited.
